A secluded back road up in the foothills of Santa Fe. Another of the painting-a-day series of small watercolors. In this case I used a writing brush on rough watercolor paper. A fun way to bust loose and explore with watercolors that are different from my usual approach. This piece is an impressionistic landscape of the high country near Santa Fe.
