This piece is an impressionistic landscape of the monolithic rock formations at Canyon De Chelly in Arizona; the land of John Ford and Wile E Coyote. Another of the painting-a-day series of small watercolors. In this case I used a writing brush on rough watercolor paper. A fun way to bust loose and explore with watercolors that are different from my usual approach.
